Steps to make Chicken stir-fry:
  1. Prepare ingredients - Clean and Cut your chicken and vegetables
  2. I use 2 - 3 Chicken fillets. You can choose any vegtables you like - bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, green beans…
  3. Use can use any meat you like. Cooking times will vary. I have made this with prawn instead and added a few dashes of light soya sauce
  4. Heat wok, add oil, then add garlic and ginger. Stir and add chicken. cook chicken for about 10 minutes
  5. Just before Chicken is cooked add vegtables and red chilli. Add quarter of packet chinese sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. I use a different sauce each time I cook. Packets sauces can be found in any supermarket
  7. Stir and remove everything into another bowl
  8. Add a tablespoon and a half of oil to wok. Then add noodles (I used egg noodles)
  9. Cook for a minute, add the ingredients from the other bowl. Add the sauce. Add chilli oil to preference. Add 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  10. Cook for around 5 minutes….Stiring constantly.
  11. Plate and serve.
