Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly - it s best to use your hands here. For the meatloaf, heat the oil in a sauté pan and add the onion, celery and carrot.

Instructions to make Simple Meatloaf:
  1. Perheat oven 350°. Season meat with McCormick steak seasoning
  2. Crush up crackers with a rolling pin
  3. Add chopped onions, worcestershire sauce, bacon, crackers, more seasoning, and egg.
  4. Hand mixing is your best option in my opinion. May need an extra egg if it's hard to form a giant meatball.
  5. Form the meat in a loaf and put in GREASED pan. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
  6. Mix ketchup and brown sugar (some people add a tsp of mustard to cut some of the sweetness out of the taste.
  7. After 45 minutes, drain the extra grease. Pour the ketchup and brown sugar mix and evenly cover the loaf. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy !

Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly - it s best to use your hands here. For the meatloaf, heat the oil in a sauté pan and add the onion, celery and carrot. Fry until the onion is translucent and all the vegetables are softened. This simple meatloaf gets great reviews because it is a quick and easy choice for a family dinner. The best part is that this dish can be frozen.
