The ingredients needed to make Yakiniku:
  1. Prepare *Note: All ingredients need to be prepared in the sizes that are easy to eat
  2. Take Meat: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb, Mutton, Sausages, etc
  3. Get Vegetables: Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Capsicums, Peppers, Pumpkin, Eggplant, etc
  4. Take Mushrooms: Shiitake, Enoki, Maitake, Oyster, King Brown, Shimeji, etc
  5. Prepare My Family’s Yakiniku Sauce
  6. Take 3 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds
  7. Make ready 1-2 cloves Garlic *grated
  8. Prepare 1 small piece Ginger *grated
  9. Take 1/2 Apple *grated
  10. Make ready 1/4 Onion * grated
  11. Get 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  12. Prepare 2 tablespoons Mirin
  13. Take 1-2 teaspoons Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce)
  14. Take *Note: Add 1-2 teaspoons Sugar if you like it sweeter
  15. Get *Note: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat, then cool
