  16. Prepare 1 lb ground beef
  17. Get 2 tbsp Worcestershire sause

Cover and refrigerate for about one hour. Put the minced beef and pork into a large bowl and add the garlic, parsley and Parmesan. Squeeze the breadcrumbs to remove excess milk, then add to the bowl. Mix well, using your hands, and season with salt and pepper.

  1. Set oven to bake at 375 and prep cookie sheet with aluminum foil and oil so nothing sticks
  2. Mix all ingredients except mozzarella in a bowl
  3. chop mozzarella into small squares

  5. Bake for about an hour or until fully cooked on the inside
  6. Serve with any pasta or alone and enjoy!
