  3. Ab gravy ke lye piyaz ko blender me pees lein or pisi hui piyaz me red chili powder ginger garlic paste haldi coriander powder and salt daal dein
  4. Ab ek patile me oil garamkren or us me longen(cloves) daal kar thora sa cook karein then us me pisi hui piyas ke sath sare masaleh daal dein
  5. Masaleh ko bhunte hue is me barik kate hue tamater daal dein or achi trhan bhun lein itna ke oil alag hojae or tamater b ache se gal jaen
  6. Jab oil alg hojae or masalah ache se bhun jae to is me chote kate hue aloo or fried kofte shamil krden or 2 cup pani daal kar isey low to medium flame p itni der cook karein ke aloo gal jaen or gravy ache se pak jae
  7. Ab aloo gal jaen to flame off krden or is me fresh coriander leaves add karein or serving bowl me nikal kar ghr ki bni roti ke sath garamgaramserve karein
