  1. Tawe pe kashkash, till, coconut powder, aur white zeera(1tbsp) bhune lijiye….
  2. Blender mein bareekh pees lijiye.
  3. Qeema dho ke, chaan ke, usme half mix masala add Karein, bhunne masala half add Karein, 3 onion mein se half onion chopped qeema mein add Karein, baqi slice cut Kar ke salad ke lye rakhde, green chillies and coriander leaves chopped add Kar ke ache se mix karle.
  4. Chote chote ball bana ke plate pe rakh dijiye. 6 balls Aram se ban jaige. Ab pot mein oil garam karein… 2 bacche howe onion, slice kar ke oil mein saute Karein. Ab saute onion ko blender mein dale, phir half remaining bhuna masala, half remaining mix masala, yoghurt, Garlic paste aur half water dal ke paste bana le. Oil mein paste dal ke bhunne. Oil upper ajai tou Aloo dal ke mix Karein.
  5. Ab kofte b add Kar ke 2 cup paani dal ke patili halke se ghoomai. Chopped green chillies and coriander leaves dal ke lid se cover karde. Jab aloo gal jai tou, Halki aanch pe cover Kar ke pakai… Oil upper ajai tou stove band karde.
  6. Slice half onion, salad wali mein ek chote tamatar chopped dal ke namak 1pinch mila rakh dijiye. 30 rps ki chapati and 1tsp zeera remaining se Rice bana ke Kofta aaloo salad, chapati and Rice ke sath Enjoy kijiye.
