  1. Chop tomato, onion, garlic and coriander as shown
  2. Chop potatoes and soak in water
  3. Prepare spices in a bowl
  4. In a medium dish heat vegetable oil till hot and throw in poppy seeds and fennel seeds.
  5. Add garlic, onion and stir till onion translucent
  6. Add tomatoes and stir for a 1-2 minutes
  7. Add chopped coriander and stir.
  8. Add beef and break up and mix in all fried ingredients.

  11. Add potatoes and stir in well
  12. On a low heat add 1/3 cup of water and cover till potatoes are cooked
  13. When finished the water should have dried up and the beef will still look moist.
