  1. Boil water on medium heat with salt ,cilantro stems ,after it warm reduce to low heat
  2. thinny slice carrot,add to soup pot
  3. Mince chicken breast ,mix well with pepper,soy sauce,oyster sauce,sesame oil
  4. Mix well chicken,make small balls ,drop one by one to soup pot,let it simmer until float up ,tendered,all flavored from meat seasoned soup
  5. Cut eggs tofu about 1 inche..add to soup
  6. Add seaweeds,For seaweed,i put in the tray at bake for fews mins to make good smell,but you can tear it and add in soup imediately
  7. Simmer 20 to 30 more mins,before serving add cilantro and crispy garlic
